Private sessions for children and adults who are struggling with emotions and behaviors related to grieving their parents divorce, division in their family unit, diagnosis of a family members illness, big emotions and self esteem struggles due to grief, deployment of a parent, dying or death of moms pregnancy, a sibling, parent or someone else close to them.
- Youth: Ages 6–12
- Mentors: Ages 13–19 (teens with lived experience in grief/loss)
- Adults: Ages 20–99
- Format: 16 sessions (8 emotional exploration + 8 self-focused/legacy support)

Our goal is to support individuals of all ages in:
- Exploring emotions safely through therapeutic play.
- Building coping strategies that reduce anxiety, stress, and isolation.
- Creating personal legacies and life stories that foster meaning and healing.
- Strengthening resilience and confidence in moving forward after loss or transition.

This program is open to youth (ages 6–12), teen mentors (ages 13–19) with lived grief/loss experience, and adults (ages 20–99). Each age group has a role in supporting and experiencing healing.
Ever After includes 16 sessions in total—8 sessions focused on emotional exploration and 8 sessions dedicated to self-reflection, life-story building, and legacy support.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, Ever After blends emotional exploration with legacy-building activities. Participants learn coping strategies, reduce feelings of isolation, and create meaningful ways to honor their life stories.
The program helps participants process emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and leave with tools that honor both their journey and the memories of loved ones—making grief feel less lonely and more purposeful.
