Community Healing Groups
At Mental Heart Healing House, we believe healing is not meant to happen alone. Our Community Healing Groups offer a safe, compassionate space for grieving youth and adults to connect, express, and restore. Through therapeutic pop-up meetups and hands-on healing experiences, we use play, creativity, and community to help families breathe again—together.
